  • Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
  • Pennsylvania Life and Health License optional
  • CISR Elite, and/or CLCS Designation
  • CIC Designation a plus
  • Knowledge of the Transportation Industry a plus

Role and Responsibilities

This position requires a professional level of industry expertise and strong interpersonal skills to work independently with our clients, independent carriers, and your peers. You will focus on providing excellent customer service and identifying a strategy for cross selling and managing annual renewals within your book of business. Your role will be a point person for account management escalations. This position involves servicing larger accounts and holding multiple meetings with them throughout the year. Part of your goals will be to create tight knit relationships with the accounts within your book of business, acting as a true Risk Consultant, and helping them achieve their goals.

Customer Service

  • Have a professional level understanding of agency and carrier technology
  • Works independently with insurance carriers to create client solutions
  • Increase revenue through client retention
  • Perform comprehensive coverage reviews, determines coverage gaps, and advise clients on risk management solutions.
  • Develop a strategy for cross-selling business, implement and manage the execution of the strategy, and track the success of the strategy
  • Quote existing business
  • Independently manage client relationships and ensure superior service is provided
  • Develop and manage referral partnerships
  • Client Meetings – Renewal, stewardship, proposal, be a part of safety meetings, loss control visits, etc.
  • Ability to speak with clients about the state of the insurance industry

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop/Provide coverage summaries and client proposals as needed
  • Continue to develop professionally (Coverages, Sales, Service, Emotional Intelligence)
  • Meet continuing education requirements and state licensing standards
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations

Direct Reports

This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but you will be relied on as a resource. You will work as a team with Producers as well as CSR’s. The account manager role, CSR, and producer are all important to keep the client engaged and ecstatic with RWR.

Compensation

This position is exempt and will be compensated by a combination of an annual base salary and incentive compensation.
